1. Service Description

ConTask AI ("the Service") is a mobile application and related web services that provide AI-powered task management, project coordination, and productivity tools. The Service is developed and operated by Simone Giammusso ("the Provider").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ConTask AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Accounts

To use ConTask AI, you must create an account through our supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to store, transmit, or process illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service beyond intended API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. AI Features & Limitations

ConTask AI uses artificial intelligence to process your commands and manage tasks. AI-generated suggestions and actions are proposals only — every change is presented for your review before being applied. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. Subscription & Payments

ConTask AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow the respective store's policies.

The Provider reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ConTask AI — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and content — are owned by or licensed to the Provider. You retain full ownership of the data and content you create within the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

11. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
